Australia’s first free delivery service ensures that your rented tools and equipment are brought to, and collected from, your desired location allowing you to focus on your project without any additional hassles.

We’ll be able to give you an estimated time of arrival and we can send a text message when we’re about 30 minutes away. If our delivery / return windows don’t suit you, please contact us and we can work something out.

If your requirement is same day/urgent, we can deliver any time between 7am and 6pm, within 30-40 minutes (subject to location), with a $49 delivery charge.

Smart!

As part of the online Hiring process, you will be asked how many days’ you want the item for before adding it to the cart. This will calculate the total hire cost for you.

During the Checkout process, you will be prompted for a delivery date along with your delivery details.

For regular deliveries, we will deliver and retrieve the hired equipment between 3pm and 6pm daily, but in the near future, we’ll also be offering daily morning windows.

Taking a bit longer than anticipated? Haven’t quite finished with the equipment? No problem. As long as we know two hours before expected collection time, send us a message here or call us on 1300 80 86 55 and we’ll make the arrangements. Thanks!

Our tools are trade quality and as such, are difficult to damage unless used incorrectly or without proper attention. If damage occurs, you will be charged the full cost of the repair plus the daily hire-rate for however long the item is un-hireable, or the full replacement of the item, whichever is the lowest.

Should the item be lost or stolen, you will be invoiced for the full cost of the replacement item.

We will issue you with an invoice for payment within 7 days or as negotiated with Smart Tool Hire.

With our pricing, you would need to hire something for around 20 days to justify buying it, instead of hiring it. It just doesn’t make sense to buy it unless you use it every day.

This has to prompt the question …

Reducing Land-fill is a very important social and environmental challenge for all of us.
