  • We’ve tried to make it as easy and transparent as possible for you to hire our equipment.

    1. Using the “Quick Find” menu item at the top, select ‘Start Shopping’ to go straight to the tools, or ‘Renovation Inspiration’ for projects.

    2. Locate the tool you want. (If not sure, give us a call or go to “What’s the best tool for …?” under the Quick Find menu option)

    3. If there are variants, select the required option(s)

    4. Select the number of days (noting that the price is the same for 1 or 2 days)

    5. Click “Add to Cart”

    6. When your selection is complete, click on the Cart to finalise purchase

    7. Enter the details requested, including the date you would like the item delivered

    8. Enter your credit/debit card details and your drivers licence number

    9. Finalise the booking.

    10. Done! We’ll be in touch to confirm your order and then we’ll deliver it as requested.

    We use “Stripe”, a reputable and very well known third party used all over the world for internet financial transactions by organisations such as Amazon and Google.

  • Absolutely. It’s super easy.

    Let us know at least 1 hour before scheduled collection time and we’ll advise the additional cost and arrange a later collection date. Simple.

    That’s why we offer a free demo on delivery of the item hired. Our team are all highly experienced and knowledgeable in the safe use of our gear. We want you to be safe and confident.

    We test everything before we deliver it to you to ensure it is in good working order.

    When you place an order, we ask for information about the project because sometimes we might have a better tool that you may not have considered.

    However, sometimes things happen and if it does, contact us immediately so we can either fix it, or replace it so you can get on with your project.

    BUT … If you got hurt, call 000 or get to an emergency department as soon as possible.
